Everyone wants to look cool and fit these days and have six pack Abs. For this purpose they join a gym and fitness club. But here, I will tell you that how can you make six packs in just one week at home.

Making Six pack abs is a bit difficult but not impossible. If you do regular workout at home, I am sure you can also make 8 pack abs. Some of the exercise that you can follow at home for six pack are given below:

How To Make Six Pack Abs:

First of all you can do Push-up. It is difficult to do push-ups but if you put in a little effort and  you can do everything.

We have three kinds of Push-up.

  1. First you can do push-ups with one hand apart from another that means that you put your hand very far so that you chest can go down easily. You can do this type of Push-up only 20 times. Now you can rest for 2 minutes.
  2. After doing this, Now you near your both hands little. Now you can start a Push-up. You can do this type of push-up for 20 times. Now you can again rest for 2 minutes.
  3. Number three Push-up is very difficult to do but if you want to make six pack abs you have to put in the effort. In this type of Push-ups you will put both hands very close. Thumb finger of your both hands join with one another. Now you can start Push-ups. You can do this type of Push-ups for 15 to 20 times.

Regular Exercise and Proper Diet:

It doesn’t mean that you do only regular exercises. You will also need to maintain a good and proper diet. You will eat those foods which have proteins. For example, boiled egg, boiled potato and Banana. You can also make Banana shake if you don’t like eating bananas. 

Moreover you can take such foods which have a high number of proteins. Also, Carbs and fats to fulfil all your body requirements which were lost during the workout. If you do not have sufficient energy, you will not be able to do regular and tough exercises. If you have energy you can perform exercises of any type.

If you will follow these workouts properly and regularly for 1-2 weeks and then check the results. I am sure you will get your desired results.
